If our AI system fails to generate any headshots for your order due to a technical fault on our end, you are entitled to a full 100% refundautomatically, with no action required on your part.
We define a technical failure as any of the following:
In these cases, we will email you within 24 hours to confirm the refund has been initiated. No email or support ticket is required from you.
We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee from the time of your first headshot download. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your generated headshots within this window, you may request a full refund.
To request a refund under the satisfaction guarantee:
Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are issued without further questions or negotiation.
Once a refund is approved and initiated by our team, it will be credited to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated. If you do not see the credit after 7 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
We do not offer partial refunds. Each plan is a single product, and refunds, where applicable, are always for the full order amount.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We respond to all refund requests promptly and in good faith. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and may be disputed.
